Healthy cherry and vanilla protein shake recipe

One small study showed that tart cherry juice could help increase sleep time in adults with insomnia (but when we say small study, we mean small - just 15 people took part). Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of VITL Vanilla Pea & Hemp Protein
  • 150g sheep’s yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt, if dairy free!)
  • 100g frozen dark cherries 
  • 20g Blanched almonds 
  • 150ml almond milk 

Method 

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
