Dairy-free cinnamon and vanilla seed milk recipe

Can't tolerate dairy OR nuts? What will you use to soak your chia pudding and overnight oats? We've got just the thing...out with nut milk, in with seed milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/100g Punch cinnamon spice seeds
  • 1ltr filtered water
  • 1 date
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 sachet VITL greens

Method

  1. Allow the seeds to soak in the water for an hour (or overnight). 
  2. Place all the ingredients into the food processor. 
  3. Strain through a nut bag and serve.
