Banana and summer berries superfood smoothie bowl
We recommend a frozen banana for this one to make a cool, refreshing and gloriously green smoothie.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 super ripe banana
- 300ml of coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 sachet of VITL Greens
- 1 cup of frozen mixed summer fruits
- Sprinkling of chia seeds
Mix it all up in a blender, top with some banana and top with chia seeds, et voila! A super easy squeezy superfood smoothie bowl to kick start your morning.
