Ingredients:
Serves 2-4
3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 lime, juiced
A pinch of himalayan salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in onion, coriander and garlic. Garnish with chopped tomatoes. Enjoy!
