Transport yourself to a tropical island with this healthy pina colda smoothie; beach or no beach this recipe is perfectly refreshing and can be made within a matter of minutes.

Ingredients, Serves 1

  • 1 Sachet VITL Greens Powder
  • 150ml Coconut Milk (Drinking)
  • 50g Coconut Yoghurt
  • 100g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 100g Spinach
  • 30g Hemp Protein Powder


  1. Place all of the above ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve
