Ingredients, Serves 5
- 100g ground almonds
- 50g hemp protein
- 50g ground oats
- 1 tsp.cinnamon
- 3 Sachets VITL Greens powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 organic eggs (beaten)
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
Method
1. Blend together the wet ingredients.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients separately
3. Then combine the wet ingredients with the dry mix and stir well
4. Pour into a bread tin greased with coconut oil and lined with baking parchment.
5. Bake at 180 for 40-45mins until cooked right through.
6. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
