Healthy, low-fat vanilla and raspberry chia pudding

This recipe is for a variation of chia pudding, raspberry and vanilla flavoured with a secretly green nutritional twist. It’s a sweet, simple and very delicious breakfast that can be made the night before to make mornings more convenient. Equally, it’s great for mid day snacking. Or dessert.

Ingredients, Serves 1

Per Serve - 304Kcal, 9g Protein, 46g Carbs, 10g Fat Time 3mins + 2hrs to soak

1 Sachet          VITL greens

2 tbsp.             chia seeds

100g                frozen raspberries

200ml              almond milk

Method:

1. Blend raspberries, green powder and almond milk together.

2. Mix with chia seeds and allow to soak for at least 2 hours.
