Post-workout protein packed bliss balls recipe

If you've got a busy week lined up, why not make a batch of these VITL Greens Bliss Balls this weekend? They're packed full of energy making them perfect for after a work out or an afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients, makes 12.

Time 5 mins. Per ball 153Kcal, 6g Protein, 10g Carb, 10g Fat

100g                         Ground almonds
40g                           Chia seeds
40g                           Hemp protein powder
2 Sachet                   VITL Greens powder 

4                               Pitted medjool dates

85g                           Cashew butter

1 1⁄2 tbsp.                Water 

Method:

1. Process all the ingredients together in a food processor till it forms a ball, or is sticky enough that it holds together when pressed.
2. Roll into even sized balls.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
