Healthy sweet treat: coconut sugar free fudge recipe

This easy, no cook fudge is sugar free and made with natural ingredients to bring you a healthy sweet treat. As well as this it’s bursting with goodness thanks to our vanilla flavoured VITL Greens powder.

Ingredients, Makes approx.15 pieces

 

3                       sachet VITL greens powder

100g                 cashew butter

100g                 coconut cream/manna

4g                     stevia powder

1 pinch              of sea salt

75g                   organic desiccated coconut

 

Method:

1. In a food processor blend together all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut.


2. Once in a smooth paste, stir in the desiccated coconut, place on a line baking sheet and place in the freezer for 15mins to set. 

3.Slice and serve
