We recommend that the vitamins are taken with food. This can be at any time in the day, however, we recommend this to be in the morning as our vitamins are specially formulated to help with energy levels, giving you a boost throughout the day.
You will find your "Refer-A-Friend" code in the "Overview" section when you log in to your account. This code will give your friends and family £20 off their first VITL order (the value must be over £20 and not in conjunction with any other offers) and every time your code is used, you earn £20 on your account! If you are an active VITL subscriber, this credit will be automatically applied when you are next billed.
Yes, you can do this by logging into your account using the email address you signed up with and your password (if you did not change your password, please use the password you were sent after you made your purchase). You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and selecting the active subscription you wish to change. For your next box to be delivered to the new address, you need to update the address before your next box has been dispatched.
If you have a monthly plan, you will be billed and a new pack will be sent to you every 28 days. If you have a 3-month plan, you will be billed every 3 months (you still receive one box every month). Subscriptions renew themselves at the end of the subscription period to make sure you don’t miss out. You can check when the subscription is next due to auto-renew under your account settings.
Yes, you can do this by logging in to your account settings. At the end of your current subscription period, your account will automatically switch over to the new subscription period you have selected.
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website using the email you signed up with and your password (if you did not change it, please use the password we sent to you when you made your purchase). You will find the ‘Cancel’ function by logging in to 'My Account' and then clicking on "Subscriptions". Click the option to "Pause Subscription" and you can then select "Pause" or "Cancel".
After you have paused or cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation by email.
You can restart your account anytime by logging back into your account and clicking on the "Subscriptions" tab. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service team at info@VITL.com.
On the homepage under "Get Started Now", simply click on the text "Have a coupon? Enter it here" and you'll be prompted to enter your code which will take you through to the checkout basket. When your free trial ends, you will be automatically rolled on to a monthly subscription so you'll never run out of your supplements. We will email you a few days before you are due to convert to a monthly subscription to warn you this is about to happen. To adjust your subscription plan, you can do this at any time by simply logging in to your account on our website using the email you signed up with (a password will be sent to you shortly after completing your purchase) and clicking on the tab "Subscriptions".
Please ensure your friend has not put any spaces before or after the referral code and please make sure they enter their referral code once the item (which needs to have an order value of over £20) has been added to the basket. Please note that the £20 credit you earn from your friend using your referral code can take up to 3-5 working days to be added to your account.
At VITL, we are committed to making the cleanest, highest quality supplements to ensure maximum absorption of the key nutrients your body needs. Aside from the fact that fillers and bulking agents add no nutritional value, they have been shown to block absorption of key nutrients and even be potentially dangerous to humans. Aluminium silicate (talc) for example is thought to be a neurotoxin that could contribute to the development of Alzheimer’s, and parabens have been linked to breast cancer and hormone disruption. Propylene glycol is also commonly used by other supplement brands as a binder which can potentially damage the kidneys, heart and nervous system, and magnesium stearate (stearic acid) is often used to prevent ingredients from sticking to machinery but many experts are warning that it could damage our intestines, thus preventing the absorption of nutrients, as well as suppressing the immune system. Our products are also free from other additives, such as artificial colours which have been linked to various serious conditions, including hyperactivity in children, cancer, asthma and reduced fertility. Although more research is needed to test precisely how these ingredients affect humans, we believe it is better to stay on the safe side and not use them at all!
The VITL Nutrition Pack is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians as it contains bovine gelatin and krill oil. However, we do have a vegan option available here. Our VITL Greens superfood powder is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

There should be no problem for you to take VITL whilst you are trying to conceive but we advise against taking VITL if you are pregnant or breastfeeding due to the vitamin A content. Products can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened and in perfect condition. Once we received back in pristine condition, we will happily refund your purchase minus a restocking fee.
