To personalise your pancakes, pick up your favourite toppings, such as Greek yoghurt, argan oil, peanut butter, coconut flakes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, honey and more!
If you find wheat flour bloating or leaves you feeling sluggish, there is a plethora of alternative grains and flours on the market. However, it can be hard to tell your spelt from your buckwheat or coconut from your quinoa, to figure not only will work in a recipe but what tastes good too.
Put whatever you want on them but these little beauties are just as great by themselves. Pack them as a post-training snack, working lunches, the possibilities are endless!
