Ingredients
- 50g gluten-free oats
- 150g sheep's yoghurt or coconut yoghurt if you are vegan or dairy free
- 1 sachet of VITL Greens vanilla superfood powder
- 1 apple (grated)
- 100ml water
- 100ml apple juice
- Blackberries (optional extra)
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
- Leave in the fridge overnight
