Gluten-free superfood fruity bircher muesli recipe

There's nothing more refreshing in the summer months than a fruity bircher muesli to kick off the morning. With a little tangy apple and a sachet of vanilla-flavoured VITL Greens superfood powder, this hassle-free flavour sensation will keep you full until lunchtime.

Time: 3 mins + overnight to soak

Serves 1 

Ingredients

  • 50g gluten-free oats
  • 150g sheep's yoghurt or coconut yoghurt if you are vegan or dairy free
  • 1 sachet of VITL Greens vanilla superfood powder
  • 1 apple (grated) 
  • 100ml water 
  • 100ml apple juice
  • Blackberries (optional extra)

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight
