Healthy and quick vanilla popcorn recipe
Now this is what you call healthy fast food. Grab your onesie and hit play on your favourite movie because they'll be ready before the credits roll!
Prep time: 5mins
- 1-2 tbsp popcorn kernels
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ VITL Greens sachet
1. In a pan (with a lid), heat the oil and popcorn kernels. Occasionally shaking the contents. Keep the pan on the heat until all the corn has popped.
2. Take off the heat, pour into a bowl, sprinkle over the VITL Greens powder, mix well and serve.
