Ingredients
- 3 small organic beetroot,
- Turmeric root (3cm)
- Ginger root (3cm)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 unwaxed lemon, peeled
- A dash of filtered water to dilute a little bit
Method
- De-skin the turmeric, ginger and beetroot. Sometimes this is easier with a teaspoon than a knife.
- Put all of the ingredients in a juicer. For a more refreshing drink, blend your juice mix with some ice cubes!
- Optional extra: you can add half a grapefruit (but I know it's not to everyone's taste, but grapefruit is amazing for weight-loss!)
