Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. cardamon pods
- 1 cup / 100g jumbo oats (gluten free, if required)
Method
- In a pan bring the milk and cardamom to a gentle Simmer, allow the pods to infuse in the milk for 6-10 minutes (the longer the better).
- Remove the pods and add the oats. Lower the heat slightly and cook through for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Pour into 2 bowls and top with some chopped figs (#InSeason), almond butter/anything else you have in the store cupboard!
