Method

  1. In a blender combine the coconut flesh, water, yoghurt and VITL Greens.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and stir in the quinoa flakes. Allow to soak in the fridge overnight
  4. Serve with tropical fruit of your choice.
